什么是氢分子(H2)以及其如何在人体体内发挥效用?

自由基的危险

有“流氓分子”之称的自由基能通过从“无辜分子”中窃取电子来骚扰其构造,甚至破坏细胞中的其他分子,并导致这些分子不稳定,使自身变化成自由基,从而继续破坏附近的其他分子。自由基通过此方式可以在人体组织内引发一系列连锁反应,如: 造成损害,从而破坏组织中细胞的结构和功能。组织中不受控制的自由基被称为 – 氧化应激。

 

研究表明:如果让这些自由基失控并引起氧化应激,它们会刺激伤害感受器并引起疼痛。 肌筋膜组织中氧化应激的存在很容易在肌肉和关节中产生炎症反应。在慢性肌肉和关节疾病中,组织中存在慢性炎症和氧化应激是息息相关的。 因此,必须学习如何管理慢性炎症和氧化应激的代谢因素来正确处理慢性肌肉和关节的问题。

哪个能去除更多自由基:维生素 C 还是氢分子?

根据化学计量,一分子维生素C理论上可以中和两个自由基,氢分子亦是如此。 然而,一些使用过的维生素 C 分子可以被身体复原并再次使用,而氢分子则不会。 另一方面,氢分子可以上调体内强大的抗氧化酶,从而提供进一步的保护,这是维生素 C 无法做到的。 有趣的是,高水平的维生素 C 摄入实际上可能会阻止这种上调的发生。
