I would like to congratulate all your staff for their professionalism spirit, especially Ms. Qistina and Ms. Syu while I am undergoing this bliss treatment. The service provided by them is very satisfactory in particular in terms of decency and manners, providing a place of comfort and cleanliness and even more important, their positive approach. Their involvement is not solely dependent on the machine. A close examination of the limbs and a massage of the hands satisfy me a lot because this expertise requires patience and stamina. Hi there,I have a problem of limited shoulder movement and neck tightness. However, after coming to Hibliss I've seen a vast improvement for my range of motion. I came for the trial session and decided to sign up the package after I saw that the treatment does indeed help me slightly after the first trial. My therapist, Syinda is very kind, patient and helpful throughout my whole treatment. She would always address my concern and seek for improvement after every session. Currently, I'm continuing my treatment and have sign up for another package as I need treatment for other areas that have not been resolved yet.Thank for your care.

I was suffered acute muscle spasm on my right arm and recomended to seek treatment at Hi - Bliss.I was assess that the pain was link to neck muscle. Michele, therapist who assigned to treat me. After the first treatment, the pain has subsided. The stretching which Michele taught me has helped a lot to reduce the pain.After 4 treatment, l have recovered 90 percent. I am happy these hydrogen treatment has alleviated the pain.

Love the staff, Fatin very friendly and understanding. Always reachable and have flexibility on time. Mum's knee pain reduced due to inflammation reduction and gain in muscle strength with this hydrogen therapy. Will recommend to elderly who don't prefer operation and wish to reduce pain to have better movement.

Before I came across Hi-Bliss Hydrogen Therapy I was suffering from lower back pain and also neck and shoulder stiffness/pain which adversely affect my daily activities due to the pain.Thankfully to my therapist and all in Hi-Bliss Hydrogen Therapy now the pain I had before gradually reduce and tremendous of improvement. The assessment, and treatment provided by Tiffany the therapist for my Mom was good. My Mom was comfortable with Tiffany and mentioned that Tiffany is very gentle with her and she felt good during the massages.However after the treatment sessions my Mom experienced more pain upon returning home. The relieve of pain is only momentary. Therefore the treatment did not work well on my Mom.We would to thank all the staffs for their kind hospitality during all the treatment sessions

Before I started my treatment with Hi-Bliss, I use to have numbness & tingling sensation on my right leg when driving. After a few sessions with my therapist, Nasren, the tingling & numbness have reduced significantly. Nasren is knowledgeable and friendly. She has done a very good job. 👍👍

I signed up for several detox therapy sessions at Hi-Bliss in 2021 to treat my kidney condition and I have never regretted it. My therapist Amira is very friendly, kind, attentive and professional. Everytime before a session start, she will assess my condition and let me know what the problem is. I have definitely seen some improvements in my body after several sessions. There was a time i was having a backache after my gym session. I immediately called Amira to schedule a session and i was surprised when the next day, the pain had subsided tremendously. Everyone at the Centre is very kind and friendly. Although the treatments can be a bit expensive, but if u can afford it, it's definitely a good investment to help u get back a healthy body!

I come across to know this Hi-Bliss Centre from my sistem who suffered muscle pull and managed to recover after the treatment. Doctor trigged me having osteoarthritis stage 4. My knee hurts badly, in pain and swelling. I can't even stand more than 3 minutes. After 8 session treatment, the swelling and stiffness went down from 80% to nearly 30%. Now the pain at my knee become lessor hurt. Subscribed for stress buster treatment and turned out is my best decision ever that i made in year 2021. I'm having a neck and shoulder pain for a long time. Sometime, I get migrain too. After went through the treatment at Hi-Bliss, my pain really relieved alot.Besides, my therapist (Syu) is really gentle and caring. I am a mother of 2 and always faced frozen shoulder and lower back pain. It might cause by my incorrect feeding posture of my baby or I like to use my left hand to carry my baby.I try to apply oil and use medicated plaster for the relief of muscular pains but it can't help much.Until I try Hydrogen Therapy for pain relief and find out the root cause for my frozen and shoulder. After my treatment, I can feel relief and have a good sleep at night and the therapist also guided me through some stretching exercises.Thanks to the therapist from Hi-Bliss, every time before the treatment they will listen and assess my current body condition.I will continue with treatment to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.

A call to Hi- Bliss Center to enquire about their hydrogen water generator turned up to be the most memorable experience of medical treatment I ever had in my life. I had Shingles and was told by Ms.Ong and Qystina of Hi-Bliss that my symptoms can be treated using hydrogen gas and I was convinced to try it out. The 6 or 7 staff at the center are all qualified and well-trained physiotherapists. Not only that, they are so friendly, caring, gentle and very detailed in their diagnosis and treatment. The most amazing thing is that the hydrogen gas treatment dried up almost 80% of my skin eruptions after 4 consecutive days of treatment and the pain reduced by about 70% after the first treatment. Amazing!. A big thank you to all the staff who had helped me in one way or another to overcome the excruciating pain on my body. 👍

I came across Hi-Bliss early 2021 while searching for a non steroid treatment for my eczema condition. My condition improved tremendously after a number of courses of hydrogen treatment. I also purchased a hydrogen water generator to help strengthen my inmune system. With the inclusion of a straight diet, it helps to boost up my healing process. Before I come to Hi bliss, my skin at my both plantar very worst , I had pain and very itchy on the effected area. After around 10 session the skin become better, nice and smooth. My dad has been experiencing pain and stiffness at the joints of his fingers since December last year. They were even swollen and couldn’t bend in January. I came across hi-bliss when I was checking for solutions online. After understanding the treatment process, we decided to give it a go. My dad could feel the pain relief on his fingers even after the first trial which surprised us. I should say the condition has improved by 70% after two and a half months continuous treatment. It may not have cured his condition, however, it does help a lot to relieve his pain and stiffness to both his hands especially the fingers and shoulders. On top of that we had a really pleasant experience with the friendly and professional staff too.

Started Hi Bliss a few months ago for knee pain. Pleased with the services of Hi Bliss n still undergoing therapy for maintenance at my age . My wife was the one who introduced me to H2 water. At first I was very skeptical. My wife daily drank H2 water in packet from a well known Japanese brand. Of course I wondered why she trusted the product so much.In the meantime, I did some research and one day we happen to be at Hi Bliss and thought I will try it. We both signed up for a package and I went for 2 sessions for OA knee problem.I was very surprised how quickly H2 gas could reduce inflammation in my knee. After one treatment I notice the pain I used to feel when I walked for a long time was gone.I decided to purchase the H2 water generator and have been drinking one litre a day. Although I have only started drinking now for 10 days I noticed the following changes.1. I have more energy. I no longer need my afternoon nap at office.2. I just did a whole day seminar today and was standing most of the time. I was not tired and there was no pain in my leg.My advise is. Read and learn as much as you can about H2 therapy. There are many scientific research on this subject. Try it and check it out.As a researcher, I found out that our body also generate H2 gas but because of the environment and life style etc, our body is not efficient in producing H2 gas now So when we drink H2 water, the H2 molecule which is the smallest molecule in the periodic table, is able to penetrate all parts of our organs and even inside the cells. I first came for treatment in a wheelchair and today I can walk w/o crutches.The personnel who dealt with me, mostly Nasren, but also Amy, Michelle and Cystina were extremely professional and dedicated, giving advice and offering commentary when needed, monitoring homework and progress, and showing a personal interest in my progress that I did not expect.I don’t know enough about physiotherapy to comment on the effect of the hydrogen treatment, but the results speak for themselves, and I’m certain that the work of the therapists, - especially Nasren since I was assigned to her -, is as thorough and earnest as it can be.

After 3 sessions, the pain was greatly reduced. The physiotherapist taught me to do simple exercises to stretch and strengthen my muscles. I continued with the therapy and now I can do almost all the chores at home and duties at work.

I have a chronic neck / shoulder pain and tried different forms of treatment. Finally decided to try Hi-Bliss about ½ year ago without having much expectation of improvement. But turns out the treatments were quite effective in relieving certain pain areas although not completely yet as the pain has been there for a long time. I am still going for the therapy on a regular basis. Tiffany is experienced and does a great job in carrying out the treatments which was comfortable. Overall the Starling Mall centre is well managed and staff are friendly.

I suffered from mild stroke that effect my vision on both eyes. One of my friends introduced me to Hi Bliss treatment. My vision suffered from a blind spot which disturb my vision. I had frozen shoulders. Syu is my therapist. Syu is very committed and really does her best to treat the customers. She is also a great listener and advisor to the customers. I brought my mom here after hearing some people having good improvement for treating knee pain due to osteoarthritis. After a session, she felt less pain in her knees and we decided to continue with some more sessions. She does not felt pain in 1 knee now which is really good, hopefully, the same will happen for her other knee soon. I came to Hi-bliss with a very bad skin condition on my lower leg near my ankle due to peripheral nerve condition. The skin area was itchy, cracking and painful to touch and discoloured. My skin condition improved so much after only 3 treatments( the skin is no longer red and itchy, it is beginning to clear up) and it is less painful. Earlier the pain was on a scale of 4/10 but after 3 treatments it is almost totally gone. I am still under going the treatments but I have total confidence that my skin will be totally healed in no time.Thank you Hi-bliss.

Before my treatment at hi bliss my neck muscles n shoulder muscles are very tight. I can’t turn my head freely. Waking up is a painful process for more than 6 years . This is a very good treatment I've even done before, I was shock at the beginning when therapist said they can help on my problem without any medication or injection needed. Staff and therapist are caring and professional, consult my problem very detail on my shoulder tightness and sport injury problems.
