Educational Workshop @Bliss Confinement Center

An educational workshop event was held on March 6th at Bliss Confinement Centre, in collaboration with Hi-Bliss Hydrogen Therapy.

The event was designed to educate new mothers on post-natal exercises, hydrogen therapy, and health assessments to help them recover from childbirth and improve their overall health and well-being.

The workshop was led by Hi-Bliss Physiotherapists who conducted tests to assess the mothers' health and provided personalized recommendations based on the results. Our physiotherapists also taught Mummies various post-natal exercises and stretches to relieve pain, improve mobility and increase flexibility.
