Reports to: Centre Manager

As the Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients regain their mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. You will work with a diverse group of clients, from athletes aiming to reach peak performance to individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries.

Job Scope:

  • Consult and examine clients’ conditions and make treatment recommendations based on assessments.
  • Perform full treatment services, including home exercise recommendations.
  • Ensure the proposed treatment plan is progressing well to reach the agreed resolution.
  • Attend to centre and on-site appointments as and when required.
  • Prepare and maintain client records and reports.
  • Participate in day-to-day operations and administrative work.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and build your own customer pool.
  • Assist in training for non-operational staff. When applicable, supervise and support junior staff or peers.

Requirements:

  • Positions available for fresh graduates and experienced professionals with a Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.

Business Development plays an integral role in the companies’ longevity. You will be responsible for driving company sales by developing and executing new business opportunities.

Job Scope:

  • To source and identify new business opportunities that are suitable for the company's business growth and expansion.
  • To understand client’s objective, develop and propose solution via presentation or demonstration to prospective clients.
  • Manage and drive key business accounts, strategies, plans and sales.
  • Establish strong relationships with existing collaboration partners.
  • Follow up and coordinate with existing collaboration partners to organize monthly workshops and appointment scheduling. Prepare status report.
  • To source, identify and engage with potential prospects that are available via social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to create engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including social media, website, email and. advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviour, opportunities, and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure all signed up appointments and arranged workshops are fulfilled.
  • Ensure all client’s inquiries and requests are handled in a timely manner.
  • Handle complaints to ensure client satisfaction. Document all feedbacks and compile them for training purposes.

This position will play a vital role in executing various HR functions. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across all aspects of HR.

Job Scope:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day administrative and HR operations.
  • Maintain filing system and records for HR Department.
  • Monitoring employees’ probationary period, contract duration and renewal.
  • Manage employees’ attendance, discipline, grievances and performance management and appraisal and employees relation
  • Record and update overtime, medical leaves, medical claims, and leave records
  • Addressing employee questions / concerns related to HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage the office's administrative affairs and support local teams.
  • Assist with compliance and local labour relationship management.
  • Assist in managing payroll preparation, payment, compensation and benefits documentation.
  • Respond to emails/answer telephone calls and provide needed information
  • Assist on onboarding of new employees
  • Assist in welfare and recreations activities for employees
  • Assist in manpower planning, recruitment & selection of suitable candidates.
  • Responsible for training planning, pre-employment medical checkup arrangement and etc.

As the Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting and executing various Accounts functions. Your collaboration with colleagues from various departments, suppliers, officers and stakeholders will help to promote organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement across all aspects of Accounts.

Job Scope:

  • Perform daily accounting data entries for Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Handle daily account transactions such as preparing invoices, processing payments and receipts.
  • Prepare and manage payment vouchers to ensure all payments are properly authorized and documented.
  • Manage petty cash, expense claims, monthly bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting records and documentations.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments on financial matters.
  • Monitor sales and collections from outlets and prepare monthly reports.
  • Maintain stocks supplies for outlets.
  • Assist in daily operational duties and undertake any ad-hoc task as assigned by superiors.
