KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult and examine client’s condition and make treatment recommendations based on assessment.
  • Perform full treatment services including home exercises recommendations.
  • Ensure the proposed treatment plan is progressing well to reach the agreed resolution.
  • Attend to centre and on-site appointments as and when required.
  • Prepare and maintain client records and reports.
  • Participate in day-to-day operations and administration work.
  • Maintain good customer relationship and build up own customer pool.
  • Assist in training for non-operation staff. When applicable, supervise and support junior staff or peers.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Positions available for fresh graduate or experienced individual with Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Preference to individuals who have their own transport.
  • Commit to complete our training and on-boarding curriculum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Treatment: Assist physiotherapist in treatment and exercise procedures.
  • Support and Encouragement: Provide support and encouragement to clients during treatment sessions.
  • Communication: Assist in facilitating communication between clients and physiotherapists, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Administration: Schedule appointments and maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Operation:  Assist in day-to-day Centre operation work.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support in administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

 

(BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)

  • Lead Generation: Support the identification and cultivation of potential clients or partners through research and outreach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, or roadshows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Market Research: Conduct market surveys and prepare comprehensive reports based on current market trends and demand.
  • Campaigns: Executing follow-up actions and sending out targeted messages to prospective and potential clients.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Commerce, Marketing, International Business, or Business Administration.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and photography.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • With own transport and flexible to work in different locations based on business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
