Apakah fungsi Hidrogen dalam tubuh manusia?

Hidrogen adalah unsur yang paling banyak di Alam Semesta. Kira-kira 90% daripada semua atom terdiri daripada hidrogen. Sebagai molekul yang terkecil di muka bumi, hidrogen menembusi jauh ke dalam sel di mana ia berada dalam kedudukan yang sempurna untuk meneutralkan radikal bebas toksik dan mengurangkan tekanan oksidatif.

Hidrogen hadir didalam tubuh badan manusia sebagai cecair yang membolehkan penyingkiran toksin dan sisa. Nutrien juga diangkut ke sel, sendi dan kekal sebagai pelincir dan seterusnya sistem imun dapat berfungsi dengan baik.

Kajian saintifik telah membuktikan bahawa molekul hidrogen mempunyai sifat anti-radang dan melindungi daripada bahan kimia berbahaya (sitoprotektif) selain itu ia juga bertindak sebagai antioksidan yang kuat. Kesan anti-radang Hidrogen pada sistem imun melegakan keradangan dalam beberapa gangguan autoimun, termasuk arthritis rheumatoid, dermatitis atopik, ekzema, psoriasis dan arthritis psoriatik. Dengan mengurangkan keradangan, peredaran darah akan bertambah baik dan kesakitan semakin hilang atau berkurangan.

Sifat anti-apoptosis Hidrogen membantu melambatkan proses penuaan dalam masa yang sama ia menggalakkan pertumbuhan sel baru.

Bahaya Radikal Bebas

Apabila Sel Badan Kita Diserang Radikal Bebas

Radikal bebas ialah molekul jahat yang mempunyai keupayaan untuk mengganggu dan juga memusnahkan molekul lain dalam sel dengan mencuri elektron daripada molekul yang tidak bersalah, dan menyebabkan ketidakstabilan dalam molekul ini, kemudian ia menjadi radikal bebas yang tersendiri,dan mengganggu molekul lain di sekitarnya. Dengan cara ini, radikal bebas boleh memulakan tindak balas berantai dalam tisu badan, menyebabkan kerosakan yang boleh memusnahkan struktur dan fungsi sel dalam tisu anda. Revolusi radikal bebas yang tidak terurus dalam tisu anda ini dikenali sebagai tekanan oksidatif.

Penyelidikan telah menunjukkan bahawa jika anda membiarkan radikal bebas ini keluar dari tangan dan menyebabkan tekanan oksidatif, mereka akan merangsang nosiseptor dan menyebabkan sakit dan kesakitan. Kehadiran tekanan oksidatif dalam tisu myofascial dengan mudah boleh menghasilkan tindak balas keradangan dalam otot dan sendi. Hidrogen Molekul sebagai Antioksidan "Novel" Berpotensi

Molekul Hidrogen telah terbukti secara saintifik mempunyai sifat antioksidan yang membantu menghilangkan radikal bebas dari tubuh yang menyebabkan penuaan awal. Dr. Shigeo Ohta dan pasukannya telah mengusulkan bahawa molekul hidrogen mempunyai potensi sebagai antioksidan "novel" tanpa kesan buruk. Hidrogen mempunyai beberapa kelebihan sebagai antioksidan potensi: H2 dengan cepat tersebar ke dalam tisu dan sel, dan cukup ringan sehingga tidak mengganggu reaksi redoks metabolik atau spesies oksigen reaktif (ROS) yang berfungsi dalam isyarat sel, oleh itu, sepatutnya terdapat sedikit kesan buruk dari mengambil H2. Berdasarkan stoikiometri, satu molekul vitamin C secara teorinya boleh meneutralkan dua radikal bebas, yang sama untuk Hidrogen Molekul. Walau bagaimanapun, beberapa molekul vitamin C yang digunakan boleh diremajakan oleh badan dan digunakan semula, yang tidak berlaku dengan Hidrogen Molekul.
