The therapy itself is relaxing and effective (cyst is shrinking). For me, it is supplemented by soft-tissue manipulation/targeted massage and lymphatic drainage massage by the trained therapist on my problem areas. Staff are friendly and informative. Treatment is properly explained and suitable exercises are recommended as well. I find the staff caring as well.

This morning I felt dizzy and went to clinic and doctor told me my high blood too high 170 so I immediately came to Hi-Bliss at macalister road ask for treatment, Nurjasmi told me my high blood now 178, so i start doing the treatment by Nurjasmi, after 2 hrs treatment my high blood going down, I felt after the treatment really can see the results. Thanks to Hi-bliss and Nurjasmi that gave me the good services.

I'm very pleased with the service. Very big surprise was that the hump at the back of my neck has reduced quite substantially after 2 treatments. I've been trying to seek help from other massage places for a long time but to no avail. Staff & therapists are very polite and attentive. Well done.

My wife was the one who introduced me to H2 water. At first I was very skeptical. My wife daily drank H2 water in packet from a well known Japanese brand. Of course I wondered why she trusted the product so much. In the meantime, I did some research and one day we happen to be at Hi Bliss and thought I will try it. We both signed up for a package and I went for 2 sessions for OA knee problem. I was very surprised how quickly H2 gas could reduce inflammation in my knee. After one treatment I notice the pain I used to feel when I walked for a long time was gone. I decided to purchase the H2 water generator and have been drinking one litre a day. Although I have only started drinking now for 10 days I noticed the following changes. 1. I have more energy. I no longer need my afternoon nap at office. 2. I just did a whole day seminar today and was standing most of the time. I was not tired and there was no pain in my leg. My advise is. Read and learn as much as you can about H2 therapy. There are many scientific research on this subject. Try it and check it out. As a researcher, I found out that our body also generate H2 gas but because of the environment and life style etc, our body is not efficient in producing H2 gas now So when we drink H2 water, the H2 molecule which is the smallest molecule in the periodic table, is able to penetrate all parts of our organs and even inside the cells. I first came for treatment in a wheelchair and today I can walk w/o crutches.The personnel who dealt with me, mostly Nasren, but also Amy, Michelle and Cystina were extremely professional and dedicated, giving advice and offering commentary when needed, monitoring homework and progress, and showing a personal interest in my progress that I did not expect.I don’t know enough about physiotherapy to comment on the effect of the hydrogen treatment, but the results speak for themselves, and I’m certain that the work of the therapists, - especially Nasren since I was assigned to her -, is as thorough and earnest as it can be.

I had injured my right hand from carrying too much grocery, which was too heavy for me, followed by continuous cooking for almost two hours. After five weeks, the pain was unbearable and many of my daily activities were disrupted because of the pain. A friend introduced me to Hi-Bliss Hydrogen Therapy. After 3 sessions, the pain was greatly reduced. The physiotherapist taught me to do simple exercises to stretch and strengthen my muscles. I continued with the therapy and now I can do almost all the chores at home and duties at work.

I have a chronic neck / shoulder pain and tried different forms of treatment. Finally decided to try Hi-Bliss about ½ year ago without having much expectation of improvement. But turns out the treatments were quite effective in relieving certain pain areas although not completely yet as the pain has been there for a long time. I am still going for the therapy on a regular basis. Tiffany is experienced and does a great job in carrying out the treatments which was comfortable. Overall the Starling Mall centre is well managed and staff are friendly.

I suffered from mild stroke that effect my vision on both eyes. One of my friends introduced me to Hi Bliss treatment. My vision suffered from a blind spot which disturb my vision. I had frozen shoulders. Syu is my therapist. Syu is very committed and really does her best to treat the customers. She is also a great listener and advisor to the customers. I brought my mom here after hearing some people having good improvement for treating knee pain due to osteoarthritis. After a session, she felt less pain in her knees and we decided to continue with some more sessions. She does not felt pain in 1 knee now which is really good, hopefully, the same will happen for her other knee soon. Madam Leong have pain and tightness both legs due to scoliosis. After done treatment at Hi-bliss with therapist- Syuhada. She has good improvement. I came to Hi-bliss with a very bad skin condition on my lower leg near my ankle due to peripheral nerve condition. The skin area was itchy, cracking and painful to touch and discoloured. My skin condition improved so much after only 3 treatments( the skin is no longer red and itchy, it is beginning to clear up) and it is less painful. Earlier the pain was on a scale of 4/10 but after 3 treatments it is almost totally gone. I am still under going the treatments but I have total confidence that my skin will be totally healed in no time. Thank you Hi-bliss.

I came to Hi Bliss with aching neck and shoulders among other pains due to diabetes and sport injuries. The Amazing Journey has proved to be beneficial and has helped me sleep better and mobility has improved. Truly recommended to give it a try for this non invasive non drug Hydrogen therapy. Started Hi Bliss a few months ago for knee pain. Pleased with the services of Hi Bliss n still undergoing therapy for maintenance at my age .
